The 12-Step Carpet Cleaning Experience

While most companies use a 1–2 step process, we go further — with a 12-step cleaning system that lifts dirt from deep within the fibers and extends the life of your carpet. We guarantee you will get the cleanest floors with the longest lasting results. Period.

  • We identify potentially permanent stains to give you a reasonable expectation of the final results.

  • We pre-vacuum which allows us to remove 80% of the dry soil.

  • Our technicians can move your furniture to one side of the room (or out of it completely) to clean the carpet underneath and then replace it when cleaned

  • We lay down drop cloths to protect wood floors and place corner guards at the main transitions to protect walls and trim.

  • We pre-treat difficult stains to increase their chance of removal. Pet spots are flush extracted with acid/base neutralization and a Water Claw. The Water Claw has a clear face so we can verify that all the urine contamination is removed. It flushes out the face fibers, the back of the carpet, and the pad.

  • We apply a preconditioning agent to emulsify and break down the soil and oils. Then we agitate any areas that need extra attention.

  • We run over the carpet with our rotary jet extractor. This powerhead makes 875 cleaning passes a minute, washing the fiber from all sides. Then we go back over it and do a dry stroke that allows us to recover up to 90% of the moisture we used. It is a rotary tool, so it does leave a little gap along the edges, but we come back and clean all the edges with our regular floor wand, which is all that most cleaners use.

  • We re-treat and re-clean any areas that seem like we could make an additional improvement.

  • We apply Teflon protector and groom it in so it gets fully dispersed on all the fibers.

  • We rake out our footprints to make sure we didn’t miss anything and to set the pile so it will dry faster.

  • As we finish cleaning we set up our 7,800 cfm down draft air-mover. This takes the warmer dryer ambient air and blows it down across the surface of the carpet so it usually dries to the touch in 8-12 hours. You will know it is safe to reset furniture when you can walk on the carpet in your socks and they stay dry.
